We took the Red Bull Student Brand Manager (SBM) program, one that was run through emails and spreadsheets at the time, and created a web based application to promote the program, manage SBMs, allow for data collection and reporting, provide communication with and feedback from management, and create an online learning platform to submit and learn best practices for field activations.
As lead developer, I worked with the client to find the best ways to engage Student Brand Managers through constant iteration; plan, design, build, measure, repeat.

By working with the client, we were able to build a system that increased user engagement and decreased several layers of management by empowering the SBM. This resulted in a dramatic increase in engagement and productivity.
